These are some of the comments from Journey women who went on a mission trip to the Bland Ministry Center this past weekend:

“It was simply wonderful to serve.”  “A fulfilling and a soul-touching experience with new friends and old friends that have become family.”  “An amazing time.”  “It felt good to serve and help those who need it.”  “Absolutely blessed.  An inspirational experience.”

Here’s what the Director of the Bland Ministry Center emailed about Journey’s women’s serving:

“What a great weekend we had.  The Journey ladies worked so hard.  They were interested in forming a relationship that would carry on throughout the year, not just a weekend!  I am so excited to start fresh.  I feel like it’s springtime and not heading into a cold winter!  Thank you!

Then the Director wrote:  “The guys have some big shoes to fill next weekend!”  Pray for the 18 Journey guys who will be going to serve at the Bland Ministry Center this coming weekend.
