Sundays @ Journey

Journey Church is gathering on Sunday mornings in the auditorium of Northside High School. Professional sanitation occurs weekly prior to our gathering in the auditorium of Northside High School.

You may be wondering what impact the new COVID-19 restrictions issued by Governor Ralph Northern will have on the in-person worship services held by Journey Church. Upon reviewing the full mandate, it is clear that the new restrictions will not prevent our current worship gatherings. The new mandate does intensify precautions for religious gatherings. Thankfully, most of these are measures already being taken by our faithful volunteers each Sunday morning.

Sadly, one change that will now be implemented for our Sunday morning in-person worship gatherings is extended family members or friends who do not reside in the same household will not be allowed to register together and be seated together as "parties." This is required in the new mandate that specifies who is classified as "family" and who must have at least six feet of social distancing. An attempt will be made to seat friends and family near each other in the auditorium.

Registration is required for our family worship experiences. Please RSVP before 5:00p.m. the Friday prior to the Sunday you plan to attend.  Click here to reserve your seat. If you wish to register for our Sunday worship experience, but it is after 5:00p.m. on Friday, please text 540.632.1535 to see if seats are still available.
